We want you to love your L'ange products, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on most hair tools and accessories. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your L'ange products.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; be sure to keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
